As a department of the University of Oxford, OUP furthers the University's objective
of excellence in research, scholarship, and education by publishing worldwide. We
are proud to be associated with your institution and we would like to further strengthen
our ties, to serve our common objective of facilitating children’s education holistically.
With increasing access to technology and the evolution of pedagogical practices,
education is undergoing a revolution. Digital resources are increasingly becoming
a significant part of the teaching and learning process.
OUP is pleased to introduce you to an exciting new digital aid for teachers:
Oxford Educate is an exciting digital aid that integrates an e-book with interactive teaching tools and learning materials.
It incorporates a variety of resources: interactive animations, videos, poem and prose animations and audios for different
courses, instructional slide shows, lesson plans, answer keys, additional worksheets, image references and much more.
As the interactivities built into the Oxford Educate platform are intrinsically connected to the coursebook, the teacher can
engage students with intensive auditory and visual stimuli in combination with associated learning and testing activities.
Oxford Educate recently won the IDA Awards 2014 for Excellence in Digital Content in Education conferred by the India Didactics Association.
The award was announced at the IDA Awards Ceremony on 11th September 2014 at the Worlddidac India Exhibition, New Delhi in the presence of over 500 top educationists from across the globe.
The comprehensive and easy-to-use Test Generator is an effective assessment tool designed to benefit teachers
by enabling them to create a variety of test papers. It includes an extensive pool of questions,
such as multiple choice, true or false, fill in the blanks, short answer and long answer questions.
Answers are provided for efficient and effective evaluation.
